  1. How can I know if my device is supported?
    You can consult the Supported Devices Table.

  2. My device is not in the supported devices table that you have in your website. Does it mean AnthaVPN won’t work in my device?
    No. AnthaVPN can work or not, because all devices in the market haven’t been tested. We don’t guarantee that AnthaVPN will work if the device is not in the list because it hasn’t been tested. You can have a many possibilities that the software can work.

  3. Is it possible to get a demo to test AnthaVPN in my device?
    Yes, you just have to fill out the form for AnthaVPN that you can find in our website.

  4. Does AnthaVPN include all the features that you show in your datasheet?
    Yes, AnthaVPN includes all the features shown in our datasheet.

  5. Do you have any guide to set up AnthaVPN?
    Yes, you can download the AnthaVPN user manual or contact our staff.

  6. How can I know if my gateway is supported by AnthaVPN?
    You can consult the Gateway table compatibility in this website.

  7. If the gateway is not in the list, does it mean AnthaVPN won’t work with my gateway?
    No. AnthaVPN can work or not, because all the gateways in the market haven’t been tested. We don’t guarantee that AnthaVPN will work if the device is not in the list.

  8. Is AnthaVPN now released?
    Yes, AnthaVPN has been released.

  9. Do you have or plan to have an AnthaVPN version for Palm or Symbian?
    We have a version of anthaVPN for Palm users that you can buy online or contact your distributor. We don’t have an AnthaVPN version Symbian yet. This version will be developed in future projects. The projects are planned but not started yet.

AnthaVPN Pricing FAQs

  1. How is a seat defined?
    A seat is defined as a single device, PC, workstation or terminal using our software. A seat license is required for each device using our software.

  2. Is additional maintenance mandatory with VPN purchases?
    The 1st year maintenance is included with the list price of all VPN products. Customers without maintenance will be refused access to software updates or upgrades. They have the option to purchase additional years at time of first order if this is not ordered the customer must then purchase the upgrade licenses at the upgrade price.

  3. Is subscription pricing options available?
    There is no subscription pricing available at this time for the VPN products. You may purchase up to 5 years additional maintenance at the time of your first purchase or purchase upgrades or support only at a later date if your require.

  4. Are license limited to a single platform?
    The license is good for only the platform purchases.

  5. Can customers request their license to be swapped to a different platform?
    If changing to a different platform is required you will need to purchase an Upgrade/Trade Up license to receive the new key to activate the new platform software

  6. Can you provide a pricing example for a new customer order?
    How should 75 seats of VPN be priced?
    75 seats x €49.00/seat = €3675
    How should the additional year maintenance for VPN be priced on 75 seats?
    75 seats x €12.25/seat = €918.75 Per year
    **The additional year maintenance can only be purchased for new customers at the time the first order is placed**

  7. Can you provide a pricing example for an existing customer who needs upgrades or there maintenance time has expired?
    How should 100 seats of VPN upgrade be priced? 100 seats x €16.00/seat = €1600
    **Additional year’s maintenance is not available when purchasing upgrades**

  8. Can you provide a pricing example for an existing customer who needs to purchase support only?
    How should 150 seats of VPN support be priced? 150 seats x €8.00/seat = €1200
    **Additional year’s Support does not include upgrades/updates of Software**

  9. Do you provide higher level support and maintenance agreements?
    Yes we do, Anthasoft provides three support contracts Bronze, Silver & Gold

  10. How do I find out more about Bronze, Silver and Gold support contracts?
